Orders placed until 13:00 daily will be sent the same day if the products are available unless you choose to pay by bank deposit. If you choose to pay by bank deposit your order will be sent either the same or the next day upon receipt of your payment, once your payment has been confirmed by the relevant department.
Orders placed in our online store on weekends or holidays are sent the first business day. The order status, the voucher number and the transfer details will be emailed to you in real time.
Our online store undertakes the delivery of your purchases in Greece, with a transport company or by courier.
Cost of transportation
The cost is calculated during the process of completing the purchase before any financial obligation. Note: In some remote areas in Greece (areas with remote courier company service station or villages with difficulty of access) the shipment may be impossible or characterized as remote / inaccessible. The nationwide shipment of products does not concern areas that are characterized as remote / inaccessible by the courier cooperating with our store. In such cases, the shipment is made upon receipt of the parcel from you to the nearest service office in cooperation with our courier store in your area. You will be informed by e-mail or telephone.
Free shipping on purchases over 50 € (within Greece).
For purchases under 50 € the shipping cost (within Greece) is dependent on the transport company or the courier as well as the delivery area and if you choose the method of payment cash on delivery the cost is an additional 2 €.
In cases where the customer has received a defective product or a product that does not meet the advertised features, it is possible to refund or replace the product immediately and our company will bear the shipping costs. In order for returns to be accepted you must:
- The date of receipt of your order with the date of application for return should not exceed 5 calendar days.
- The packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original (factory) condition.
- Returned products must be in their original condition as when you received them.
- Return all accompanying forms.
Our company recommends that you make a first check upon receipt of your order to make sure that your package does not have any obvious defects (eg it is not broken, it is the right product, etc.). This control is not mandatory and its non-performance does not limit your rights. For the best and fastest service it is better to send along with the goods you return and the receipts and retail sales.
